    Shipping Lead Times
    Regarding Custom Boxes - Typical production time for any custom order is 10—1 working days with the option to request rush production times for an uncharge. The production time can vary depending on the quantity order.

    Regarding your custom box orders can be picked up at Dalagatan 52 in Norrmalms Stockholm. We arrange shipping using local delivery, and order shipped outside of Stockholm is made by courier. The shipping is billed
    after the order is completed, depending on the number of shipping boxes needed. There is a packing and shipping fee included in each customer offer.

    Delivery time is calculated from when your order has been processed, not when it is received. Order processing is generally 1-2 business days for in-stock items; custom items take 10-15 business days from approved estimate submitted. To arrange for expedited processing, please contact office@NKF1916.se. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If an expedited shipping method is selected, delays can still occur to your retail order that are out of our control and we are not able to guarantee that your package will arrive by a certain date. Please take this into consideration when placing an expedited order. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges if the order was shipped with the selected shipping method within 2 business days of order placement (does not apply to
    custom or pre-order items).

    NKF ships worldwide, but items shipped internationally are Final Sale and non-returnable. Import duties and customs policies vary widely from
    country to country and as a result we have no control over their charges nor are we able to estimate the cost of these charges. Your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied which, unfortunately, we have no control over. Duties are charged once the parcel arrives at its destination, all of which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are required by law to list directly on the package the full
    retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.
